A coach could talk for two hours about something and and explain it to me a hundred times, but i&#039;m and athlete i&#039;m not going to get it until i do it for myself or until i run it enough to get it in me, so my body knows! A coach can talk all he wants during practice, but we are only going to hear the first minute of what he says!</description>
